Sunder is determined to be located at the Aging Monument, west of Mount Anthor. A quest can be started within the vault, which required three receptacle keys that are needed to disable the magical barrier that protects Wraithguard. Wraithguard will be locked away inside the Ruins of Rkund. To acquire both Sunder and Wraithguard, you will need to travel to two locations for both tools. If you ever played Morrowind, then you know Keening, Sunder, and Wraithguard and how incredibly powerful these artifacts were.
